Finance

Deanna Vickery presented the June financial statement:
TXGA’s opening balance was $5,441.57.
In June, there were no transactions to report.
TXGA’s closing balance was $5,441.57.

Roundup 2020

Roundup is postponed to next year, still hosted by North Texas in the same location.

Challenge 2021

The Board discussed side events during the week leading up to and the Sunday after Challenge.
The Board discussed the timeline and design needs for geocoins and swag for Challenge.
The Board discussed the timeline for when the main mega event will publish.
The Board discussed the timeline for canceling Challenge in the event that the current covid-19 pandemic does not subside nearing March 2021.

Swag

Brian asked the Board for a count of membership coins that TXGA still had. He proposed giving some to region reps to sell to new membership gained in the last few months.
