Why you agreed to serve on the board: It has always been my goal to advocate outdoor recreation for exercise, as well as mental and emotional wellbeing and I’m glad to serve TXGA to spread that sense of adventure.

Personal Facts: I started caching in August of 2001 when a coworker and I were talking about hiking and he was bragging about his new handheld GPS. We finished an enormous, multi-staged, puzzle-based cache with around ten miles of hiking, and my new life-long hobby began. Twenty years later, my wife and every one of my friends I have either gotten to go geocaching or met through the sport.
