A meeting of the Executive Directors of the Texas Geocaching Association was held on September 1st, 2020, at 7pm by teleconference call.
The meeting was called to order at 7:04pm.
The minutes from the Executive Directors meeting dated August 4th, 2020, are approved.
Deanna Vickery presented the August financial statement:
TXGA’s opening balance was $5,441.57
In August, TXGA had two debits for post office charges in the amount of $113.50 and $26.10.
TXGA’s closing balance was $5,301.97
Meeting minutes for July, August, and September need to be published
Website needs to be updated with future event information (remove old event information from Palestine and Round Rock and replace with information for Challenge and Roundup 2021)

The Board discussed side events in the week prior to and the Sunday after Challenge
Advertise on the TXGA Facebook page for persons to submit coin designs to the Board for the membership coin, deadline for designs set for 10/1/20
That will allow the Board to get the coins purchased and shipped in time
South East is hosting
The Board discussed starting inquiring in general information for locations
The meeting was adjourned at 7:24pm.
The Board will next meet October 6th, 2020.
