Meeting was called to order at 8:03 PM.

Finance

De Vickery gave the finance report for March. We started with $6,5(97).77 (Note – hard to hear in recording). Income and expenses (for Challenge) were given. Closing balance for March was $5,273.13. A $1,200 deposit will be coming back.

Challenge 2020

Remaining Path tags from Challenge have arrived. Tom and Cheryl will go to De’s and pick them up to mail out.

Challenge 2021

Face to face meetings have been put on hold because of the pandemic.
De has submitted the Mega form but HQ is holding off publishing at the moment.

Roundup 2020

No new information. For now the assumption it is still on. We will make the decision of whether to have the event or not later in the summer.

Secretary

No names were suggested for a recording secretary.

Meeting minutes will be posted on the web site. Other updates need to be done. Marcellus will work with Cheryl. Some board members need to submit their bios.
